Each person and position, from the field crew to the office personnel and management team have varying tasks and responsibilities, but they all have value and worth. They are all equally important and it is our belief that they should be treated as so.

At Clement Companies, safety is not just a priority; it is a way of life.  Because of the nature of our work, it has to be.  We implement crucial protocols and procedures, receive proper training, utilize personal protective equipment, identify and correct potential hazards.  With each team member’s commitment to be diligent and proactive, a safe work environment is obtainable.

To achieve our high standard of quality we have put forth tremendous effort to map out each process for the services we provide and while we’re all about working hard, sometimes it’s just better to work smarter.  Our team members are encouraged to think outside of the box as we work together to provide solutions that satisfy our client’s needs.

If we were to tally the number of years of experience each of our team members have, the number would be quite impressive but our goal isn’t to impress with numbers.  Our goal is to have a healthy work environment while providing results that exceed our clients’ expectations.  In order to achieve these goals we come together as a team.  We combine our skill sets, support each other, and foster open communication.
